General Steps

1. Make new wallet for TestNet tokens on ICONex
2. Register wallet at registration form
3. To view the balance of the wallet, inspect the webpage (ctrl + shift + i)
   1. Add keypair, isDev = true
   2. Scroll to bottom of page and change the network from MainNet to Pagoda
