Teams are part of Working Groups which own Initiatives that are worked on by collections of Teams.

Working Groups and Teams are fairly straightforward and probably don't need much thought.

Initiatives on the other hand could be further broken down into kinds of Initiatives based on how we want to build governance into what exactly qualifies as an Initiative. For instance Initiatives could be grouped based on,

• Incubating / Graduated
• Unofficial / Official
• Approved / Proposed / Rejected

This is a governance issue above Rob's pay grade.
